Mind Support Essential Oil is a concentrated blend created around a clarifying blend for study, concentration, task-focused diffusion, personal inhalers, and adult massage. Its aroma opens as a fresh mint, rosemary, spruce, and lemon over resinous frankincense, earthy patchouli, and green herbs.
The manufacturer lists the oils without percentages. The aroma and safest finished dilution can vary with their relative proportions and with natural batch variation in each essential oil.
This blend is commonly suited to a clarifying blend for study, concentration, task-focused diffusion, personal inhalers, and adult massage. In aromatherapy, its component oils are traditionally valued for clarifying, stimulating, grounding, refreshing, uplifting, and focus-supporting properties. These descriptions refer to customary aromatic and cosmetic use and are not claims that the blend diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease.
Use at 0.5–1%, equal to approximately 1–2 drops in 10 mL of carrier. Observe UV precautions because the blend contains Lemon. Drop measurements are approximate because drop size varies. Patch test before broader use and begin with the lowest effective concentration.
Not recommended under age 10. For ages 10–12, use approximately 0.25–0.5%, never apply near the face, and use only brief diffusion. Never place essential oils in or near a child's eyes, nose, mouth, ears, hands, or face. Keep the bottle securely out of reach.
Avoid with epilepsy or seizure disorders and use caution during pregnancy, with high blood pressure, asthma, reflux, or medications affected by Basil. Protect treated skin from strong UV exposure for 12–18 hours. For external and aromatic use only. Avoid the eyes and mucous membranes and discontinue use if irritation, headache, nausea, coughing, wheezing, or breathing discomfort occurs.
