Contiguous United States: $9.95 per order

Alaska and Hawaii: $14.95 per order
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when it is available.
If you have a question about your shipment, please email theoswellness@gmail.com with your order number.
If there is a problem with your order, please email theoswellness@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We may ask for additional photos or video if needed.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, is significantly different from its description, or is incorrect or missing, we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement.
If we need the item returned, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please contact us before sending anything back.
We generally do not accept returns of correctly shipped, nondefective products. If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want it, contact us. We will let you know whether an exception is possible before you send anything back.
Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel and refund it if it has not yet been processed for shipment. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
If we cannot ship your order within the stated time, we will contact you about the delay. You may agree to the new shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
If your package is delayed or has not arrived, email us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help investigate with the carrier. If tracking shows that the package was delivered, please check the delivery area and contact the carrier as well. We will review the circumstances with you.
Once a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
