Recommended Use Strategies: #1 & #2

Use Strategies
"Half of it is the awesome formulas...the other half is how you use them!"

#1 Fastest Effect Strategy - Volume: To achieve in-the-moment results, take one serving in a little water; repeat serving as needed. Think ‘enough volume here to get the job done’. Volume needs differ from person to person based on their constitution and the issue at hand.

#2 Move Thru-It Strategy - Frequency: To support optimal recovery rates, take one serving in a little water; repeat every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to 3-4 times a day, up to 5 days in a row. Persistent frequency supports the body’s optimal recovery response.

Initially take the suggested amount in a small amount of water, juice or tea to taste. With familiarity, can be taken directly for convenience.

Keep out of reach of children. If the mother or child has a medical condition or takes medications, please consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Shake before use. For more info on storage, shelf life, dosage and more, read our Getting Started with Tinctures guide.

Herbs in Action

• Fennel seed: Foeniculum vulgare has a sweet, licorice taste and has been used as an after-meal digestive support herb in countries around the world, from its native Mediterranean to Asia. Fennel seeds are traditionally used as a digestive aid and support comfortable digestion. They contain compounds that may help support the gastrointestinal tract and promote a healthy inflammatory response, supporting overall digestive wellness.
• Catnip aerials: Nepeta cataria is most well known for being a favorite of cats, but it is beneficial for humans too. It is a member of the mint family, and like other mints, may help support optimal digestion and soothe digestive comfort.
• Peppermint Leaf: Mentha Piperita has been known to act as a carminative. Carminatives are known to help soothe the digestive tract, along with assisting in the excretion of gas from the stomach and bowels.
